A notice to our clients and visitors regarding Coronavirus (Covid-19)
The health and safety of our clients, visitors, and employees is of the highest concern at Roeberg, Moore & Friedman. As personal injury attorneys, we are well aware of the risks presented when workplaces are not held to the utmost of standards. We are closely monitoring the new developments regarding the spread of Coronavirus and are implementing procedures and policies accordingly.
Our office is currently open during regular business hours; however, because of the nature of infection and the State of Emergency declared by the state and federal government, we are taking steps to limit personal contact and potential exposure as much as possible. At this time, we will hold all future client meetings by telephone whenever feasible. If you have an upcoming in-person appointment and would like to reschedule or proceed by teleconference, please contact us. If you have an upcoming in-person appointment and are sick or believe you may have been exposed to someone who tested positive for Coronavirus, please call to reschedule or set up a teleconference.
We have a plan in place should the office need to reduce hours or temporarily close. We will remain vigilant with our representation of all our clients and will continue to handle all files remotely with little disruption. Please be mindful that certain decisions made by the Courts of Delaware regarding scheduling will be out of our control. If there are cancellations or scheduling issues that affect your case, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Over the next few weeks as the situation unfolds, we will continue to follow the recommendations made by the World Health Organization and CDC. We will provide any necessary updates regarding our policies and procedures as soon as possible. As always, you may contact us at any time with your questions or concerns. We appreciate your continued confidence in our ability to serve you with the same dedication and attentiveness you expect, even in these uncertain times.
